Join us for a fun, sociable day at the Southey Bowls Challenge, a charity event bringing people together for friendly competition, great food and community spirit.
Whether you’re a seasoned player or trying bowls for the first time, this event is designed for everyone. Come as a team of four, with colleagues or friends, or join on your own and meet new people on the day.
With coaching provided, plenty of food throughout the day, and a lively atmosphere, it’s the perfect summer team-building activity — all while supporting Railway Children.
Your day will include:
- Breakfast rolls on arrival
- Unlimited tea and coffee throughout the day
- Bowls coaching for beginners
- A friendly tournament with trophy and cash prize
- A grand charity raffle with prizes
- A range of stalls and activities, including tombola, local food stalls, garden plants and information stands
- Ploughman’s lunch
- BBQ dinner to finish the day
- A fully stocked bar, with proceeds supporting Railway Children
