The adventure continues
Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Lake District, this multi-activity challenge will test your strength and stamina.
You’ll cycle through forest trails, trek to a mountain summit, and kayak across open water—all in one day.
- Off-road mountain biking in Grizedale Forest
- A summit trek up the Old Man of Coniston
- A kayak challenge on Coniston Water
Your England Triple journey
You will wake early for a pre-challenge breakfast before beginning the adventure with the tough bike section up the hill and into Grizedale Forest.
The forest circuit is one of the Lake District’s most famous mountain biking locations. You can guarantee you will be well tested on the forest tracks for 10 miles of cycling before descending back to Coniston.
Next up is the trek to the summit of the Old Man of Coniston, a classic Lake District mountain. This is an 5 mile trek to the summit at 803m.
The final section sees you challenge yourself to a circular 2 mile kayak loop on Coniston Water before you finish this incredible challenge and celebrate your achievements.
Adventure with purpose
You can register as a team of two or as individuals, but this event has very limited capacity so will be exclusive to those who get involved, on a first come first served basis.
