The role
Department: Fundraising and Marketing
Location: Based in office – Crewe
Responsible to: Head of Public Fundraising and Engagement and Digital Marketing Manager
Hours: Full time, fixed term 12 month maternity leave cover
Salary: £26,000
Closing date: Friday 28th November
Job purpose
This is a vital role that sits within Fundraising and Marketing department as the first point of contact with the charity for many of our supporters. The post holder will directly support our donors, community groups and the general public for the benefit of Railway Children, so that they are highly impressed by the customer experience they receive from us. Whether this is through our digital channels, website, telephone or email.
The postholder will deal with queries, prepare communications, help ensure our website is up to date, build supporter emails and social media posts and provide support to the wider Fundraising and Marketing team.
