Please note:
- The window for nominations will be open all the time but will be awarded on a twice-yearly basis and a reminder will be sent in the month before awards are to be made.
- Winners will be decided by a panel comprising of Rob, Mary, Navin and Carole, and will be checked with the line manager beforehand.
- There is no limit on the number of nominations that can be made, nor on the number of winners although we will keep it to a reasonable limit in order to ensure that we are recognising exceptional performance, not the every day.
